"The pool was NOT refreshing at all, I was disapointed it was as hot or hotter than the hot tub."

"Worst stay ever. Had it not been non refundable I would’ve left after the first night. We checked in and after getting kids settled realized the room was less than clean and lacking in basic items such as bath towels. House keeping watched me set out wet towels and then proceed to still leave them after I mentioned something to the front desk. The breakfast was horrible. The pool area had construction materials and garbage all over in addition to a broken pool ladder. When the toilet clogged I was given a plunger to go up to the room with. The stairs were closed due to construction. The elevator and lobby bathroom both smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. Multiple times we needed an employee and they were difficult to find and ended up being in a corner on their phones. When I brought all of this to their attention at checkout I was told “you could’ve stayed somewhere else”. "

"Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. ADA compliant room TV only got half the channels and the ADA shower didn't function properly also creates slipping hazard how in the hell is that ADA compliant. Second I got to sleep for a whole 4 hours before your guest in the room above me decided to start walking around and wake me the hell up on top I could tell he was taking a shower because I could hear the water leaking inside of the damn walls I would have had a better night sleep staying in the Ford motel and if you don't understand what that is it's my F-250 pickup truck"
