The hotel is very good. The room was well cleaned and the products were of good quality. The staff were very polite and helpful especially the gentleman who helped us with luggage and parking the car. The location is good as well, near to a big shopping centre.

Noisy AC unit, and when asked they said it was same in all the rooms. Sound insulation between the walls and the doors are not enough for a good sleep. I had to ran the tap water for about a minute to get rid of the color of whatever it was contaminated with.

Not the best Divan. Kinda feels like a 'Divan Express'. Note for the seasoned traveler: Do not get 'Deluxe' room. Although the room is standard, the noise from the street is relentless and the soundproofing on the windows leaves a lot to be desired. The staff did accommodate us by putting us in the back in a standard room so we were able to sleep comfortably. Area is ok only because of shopping mall across the street. This Divan is purely functional......

Konaklama sırasında 2 defa yangın alatmı açldı ancak çalışanların misafirlere bilgi paylaşımının bu kadar kötü olacağını düşünmemiştim. Odada bulunan telefon çalışmıyordu ve bilgi almak için resepsiyona inmek gerekiyordu. Ayrıca sabah duşunuzu soğuk suyla almakta ayrı bir deneyimdi. Bu kadar kötü bir deneyim yaşayacağım aklıma gelmezdi. Sonuç berbat bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadım.
