"The room was very clean but we were cold. Didn’t want to turn the heat on and listen to the noise. But it would have been nice if the room had an extra blanket. Yes, we could have called down to the front desk but it was late when we went to bed."

"The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for exploring this beautiful town. Parking was free and on-site. There was coffee/tea/fruit water in the lobby. Shower had good water pressure and temp. There was also a heat light in the bathroom, and the room heating was good. There were some rust stains in shower. Highly recommend this hotel! P"

"Elsie the breakfast person was absolutely top notch. The front desk person was ok. They never cleaned the room in 4 days. The Tub was not cleaned when I showed up. No WiFi. Old, run-down and generally unkempt inside and out. Never again, too many better options around Lake George."
