A bad experience

Worst experience ever! We have never met a host that was that rude and critisising because we contacted Hotels.com when we realised that we had to share the balcony with another guest. We had booked a room with balcony/terrass by the description, not a word about sharing, the owner says that she informed us when she showed us the room, but she didn´t, if she had we would have reacted immediately on that. The balcony/terrass was big but had only furniture for one couple. But the worst thing was her reaction against us, her paying guests!
