"I wrote to the hotel using the Hotels.com messaging several times for several days before checking in regarding the airport shuttle. They NEVER responded. At the airport, I called for an airport pickup and did not receive sufficient information about the pickup location. I called several times subsequently. It took over 45 minutes to get a shuttle pickup in the afternoon. The staff seemed indifferent."

"We had a mixed experience at this hotel. We called the hotel to get a shuttle pickup in the afternoon after landing and the shuttle never showed up so we ended up boarding the airport shuttle bus which had a drop off not too far from the hotel. We had dinner in the restaurant and food was good and the wait staff were attentive. Our room was fine for an overnight stay and we slept well. The breakfast buffet opened at 5:00 am which is nice for early flights. We took the shuttle to MXP with no issues so overall the stay went well."

"My stay was enhanced by the service at the front desk, especially Aman. He arranged by taxis, was courteous and exceeded my expectations. The only disappointment was the selection on the menu for lunch. I would have liked to have seen a simple tomato pasta dish for adults and children. It was far too extractor a lunch menu. I’m very happy and I will return."
