"Great spot near the airport. Very convenient when you arrive on a late flight. Reception ladies are wonderful to talk with and very helpful. I was given a room on the 2nd floor (no elevator, no problem for me), facing the street. I thought it was going to be too loud and noisy. Nope. The traffic goes away around 10-11p and the shudders along with soundproofed windows helped me sleep deeply. Slept so well, I didn't have a chance to try breakfast. AC worked well and total blackout from the sun for sleep."
"A very pleasant hotel with happy, friendly staff, especially my chambermaid. I had a main building, sea view room. Nice view with plenty of storage. Thought bathroom was a bit basic. Shower floor tiles are slippery but hotel does provide a shower mat. Sink was a bit ‘contemporary’ in design as it was self draining (no plug) so was difficult to rinse through items like swimming costumes.
Breakfast in main restaurant provided a good selection. I have never seen such a big block of fresh butter from which you can carve out a portion!
Buffet dinner selection was also good.
No need for anyone to rush down at 6 am to reserve a sunbed as there are plenty around the site - beach, pool, garden and on a jetty.
There is a large beach and a smaller ‘quiet’ beach. Coarse sand with some gravelly areas but walkable bare foot.
There is a water sports area on site in a small harbour type area with speedboats and jet skis. It was very quiet during my visit but during the high summer months I expect it would get quite noisy.
Not sure this hotel would suit someone with mobility issues as it is quite a few slopes and lots of steps."
"We stayed here again on our return from Albania. Nothing really to write, but on the way to Albania we stayed in a room with a sea view and on the way back, a town view. There was a little difference in the cost but the sea view room was much bigger and more comfortable than the town view."
"The hotel has been refurbished as is nice in some areas, we had a nice room but no kettle in the room just a coffee machine, we were only there for 2 nights but nobody cleaned the room no even emptied the bin in the bathroom which should be done daily, the breakfast was cold but quite a bit if choice it was ok for the weekend i wouldn't want to stay for a week , nearest shop about a 6 minute walk , drinks in the bar expensive 43 euros for 2 drinks , we had a meal and 4 drinks in corfu town for 75 euros , i think thats why the bar was empty "
"Spotlessly clean and well maintained, the place looked like a newly built hotel. Staff are amazing.
Food was varied and high quality, we used the main buffet, the French and the Asian restaurants for dinner and the buffet and Italian for lunch.
Drinks were all top shelf brands and service at the bars fast and efficient.
The all inclusive is truly "all inclusive". However, if you are used to Mexico all inclusive then this place is a little more restrictive as you are limited to the number of a-la carte dinners that you can have in a week.
The room that we had was great. Modern, lovely sea view, spacious with plenty of wardrobe space. The mini bar is also part of the all inclusive.
There's a water park for the kids and it is well away from the main pools.
The gym is adequate. Spacious but lacks sufficient equipment if the hotel is busy.
All in all, don't hesitate to book. We've done Mexico 4 times and Dubai/Fujaira all inclusive 3 times. This place did not disappoint and we will be going back.
Tip: if you are not going on a package deal, hire a car. We used Eurohire and just let the car sit for 3 days at the hotel. It was cheaper than a taxi from/to the airport. "
"The staff were super friendly and welcoming and there were great amenities, but there were general maintenance issues which let the 5* rating down e.g., air con unit and room phone were faulty when we arrived and there were chunks of glass/breakages on some of the furniture in our room (coffee table and kitchen cabinet drawers). Overall service in the restaurants was good but on some occasions we had to follow up with the staff on the whereabouts of our food and drinks after waiting a fair while. Whilst the hotel app was useful for accessing some information, it wasn't great in terms of getting a response from staff when requesting services or making reservations as per instructions from reception. It would be nice not to have to rely on technology on holiday especially when the main purpose of the holiday is to disconnect from technology."
"The hotel was clean and bright. Breakfast was reasonably good. The staff were amazing. Facilities were mediocre and the area quite dismal. Although we went out of season. I expect car hire is the best option or 45min+ bus journeys or pricey taxi. The staff definitely make up for it.
Think we had the smallest shower in world!
Spa was nice."
