"This was a great place to stay for two nights in late October and to take out and back day trips by train to Siena and Florence on back-to-back days. Very close to the train station - very convenient. Breakfast in the restaurant in the morning was small, but good. Highly recommend this location! It's small, but serviced and supported very well by the staff at the restaurant. "

"Amazing hotel but would not recommend as service needs to be improved. The hotel itself is beautiful, views are amazing, pool area was great, restaurant food & breakfast was delicious. However, service is dismal. There's no daily housekeeping and in the 4 days we were there, we didn't get any fresh towels or bedding. When asking for a towel to take down to the pool, you are only permitted one. After lunch, your plates & cups are left out on the table for hours afterwards. There weren't enough...

"The amazing town of Bettona was the perfect start to our holiday. The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Views from the terrace were superb. Something for everyone at breakfast, which was tasteful and plentiful. We would highly recommend and definitely stay here again. "
