Stayed here overnight on a visit to Univ of Iowa Hospital. Rate was excellent. Under $90 on Expedia. Room was adequate. Only thing I noticed was a hair in the sink. Other than that, it was clean. Furniture was a dated. Breakfast was marginal. Only thing I ate was instant oatmeal, juice and an english muffin. Okay for sleeping and showering but price was outstanding.

This is a simple ( not fancy !) hotel. The room was nice, good bed and bedding. The lobby is quite unattractive but the breakfast area was quite big and nicely laid out. Not much to chose with food items but I didn't expect too much with the low nightly price.
