"A great staycation with my family. The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic, a few steps away from Bonnet House. Staff was incredibly cordial, a follow up phone call to make sure the room was up to par after check in was impressive. Beach chairs are very comfortable and staff at the beach is ready to accommodate your needs. Highly recommend this property for families. Our roo ocean view was beautiful and we even got to watch the sunrise from our beds since it was drizzling that morning. I will definitely stay at this property again!"

"The property was very nice, I particularly enjoyed the very comfortable bed, which is very important to me. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was spring break, so the pool area was overcrowded, but that’s expected. Only one elevator was working, so at times it was a bit of a wait to get up to the room. The valet system worked very well and there’s also a self park option. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again "

"We checked in after midnight.. the fridge was leaking. The toilet wasn’t working.. and the water was green. The ac unit had mold all over it. We checked out as soon as we work up."

"Pool amazing rooms are smaller than the pictures shown. Needs full body mirrors in the rooms and the beds are small. My stay was ok. "

"Listed as a 4* property, but fell short. We booked 2 rooms under 1 booking almost a year in advance, and they couldn’t accomodate them in the same building. Room was dated, lamp in 1 room was not in a great state, the bedding was lumpy to the point it looked like polka dots, and there was a goldfish cracker lying on the floor which hadn’t been cleaned properly. "
