I booked online for an emergency. I arrived and it looked deserted. I saw someone working and knocked on the door no one came to the door. I was charged and had to find somewhere else to stay. I think this place is a scam.

Grant Hyatt Baha Mar was the total luxury package! From the restaurants to the pools we were impressed time and time again. My daughter went to the kids club every evening which was her favorite.
