"I upgraded myself because I had points with Expedia so I did go for a cottage this time and it was excellent other than not having any Internet access because the router was down, but there was a nearby kitchen to cook which I could get Wi-Fi but not during the night on I typically like to watch my show and fall asleep. Other than that it was very clean reception. D was so kind and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again."

Kalbarri Edge Resort

10/10 Excellent

"We stayed 4 nights at Kalbarri Edge Resort and thought it was great. We had a 2-bedroom spa apartment which is a 1-bedroom apartment with adjoining door to a self-contained studio room. It was all very spacious and well appointed, great for two couples or a family. Ours was upstairs with a private balcony looking out onto bush which creates a nice setting, with the shops and bakery close-by. There was air-con in every room but also screened windows and doors so good for whatever season you are there. The beds were comfortable, we had a full sized fridge/freezer, a small dishwasher, hotplates and microwave. The TV was a good size and we had lounge seating for 5 people. We had a starter pack of two sachets of dish-washing detergent and 2 packets of dishwasher powder which was plenty for our stay. There was wardrobes and lots of shelving and bench space in the bedrooms. The main bathroom had a spa bath and also a washer, dryer, and laundry sink. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner were provided in dispensers. So really it had everything we needed and was very comfortable and convenient for our holiday, and the staff were lovely."

"The property was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. While the room were smaller than expected but has the AC with cool and heating function, however, the soundproofing could have been better. The dolphin experience was great! And the volunteers were professional. Overall, a decent stay for the family."

"This is a lovely hotel situated just outside of Geraldton. All the staff members we spoke with were exceptional and even booked our taxi back to the bus station for us! The rooms are big, clean and comfortable and the hotel itself is located on a bus route which makes getting around convenient if you don't have a car!"

"We had a comfortable stay in a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit with nice amenities, good space and a well stocked kitchen. Quiet neighbors, easy parking. Quick walk to the beach, easy walk into town on wide sidewalks or quick drive. The staff was wonderful and very helpful! Also, the resort utilizes pavers instead of concrete and asphalt for the roads which is much nicer! Having Whalers Restaurant right there is a plus and Whalebone Brewery is close by with fantastic pizza and beer."

Pinnacles Edge Resort

"The property has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom very clean and well stocked with amenities, and there is also a small kitchenette with a microwave. Extra blankets are provided as well, but I did not need those as the heating was excellent. The property also has a small convenience store and a restaurant where I had dinner, which was excellent. The menu offers a lot of variety — from kangaroo steak to lobster tail and many other options. They also serve breakfast, although I was leaving in a rush and did not have the chance to try it. The location is very convenient. I stayed here overnight while traveling from the Pinnacles, and the reception staff recommended visiting the nearby lake with its beautiful boardwalk, as well as the beach. I drove there to watch sunset, which was absolutely amazing, and enjoyed a wonderful walk on the beach. Overall, this was a 10/10 stay. I also want to emphasize how kind and welcoming the staff were, both at reception and in the restaurant. Everyone truly went above and beyond to make the stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible."
