"Unbelievably friendly staff, entertainment was top notch and jaw dropping, the food was non stop and beyond this world you literally get a food coma after each meal, alcohol was always available, the best all inclusive hotel by far! Everything from the staff to the service to the food to the drinks to the shows and entertainments to the activities to the pool and beach areas to the stay, all remarkable! Super Kids friendly and Adult friendly as well. Can't describe how amazing this place truly is, you got to experience it for yourself. You will walk out of this place only to keep coming back! Managers and VPs are the best! The entertainment staff and bar tenders and restaurant staff are all so friendly, caring, warm and fun. Robi the head of the entertainment department will make sure you and your family get included in all the activities and give you a shout out for a celebration/birthday. Tal the head Manager is the best, she will go out of her way to accommodate you and take great care of you and make your stay super comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you Ucoral!
