"The interior of the hotel is beautiful and our room was very clean and comfortable. The L’Occitane bath products were a luxurious and unexpected touch. We didn’t get a chance to try the rooftop restaurant during our stay, but we did enjoy the hot tub and the wonderful views of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a lovely place to stay for our weekend in Vancouver, and I would definitely stay here again!"

"Great front desk staff. Very helpful even during busy check-in. Room was great. Wish for the price of the room there would be a tub but just shower. Room service staff was fantastic. Only issue hot tub/pool cleanliness. Was in the hot tub evening of my stay and early next morning and same band aid by hot tub was not removed or thrown out by staff."

"The stay overall was good. The area was safe, quiet, and very close to bus stops going to downtown. Breakfast was okay with limited gluten free options (apples, oranges, bananas). There was a used towel hanging behind the bathroom door, but they were fast to replace it with clean towels. Staff were friendly and attentive."
