"We enjoyed our stay at Vertientes. The place is nice, family friendly, and in a good location. The only thing is that they moved us from our original room to another after the first day, saying that they were going to work on the electrical system. Didn't they know that when they booked us there originally? But we wouldn't let this keep us from re-booking there again if the opportunity ever arises."

"I had an urgency and with 1 month in advance I called Expwdia because renting the house was a mistake that I did. I asked Expedia to have some flexibility. They asked the ownwers and they did not accept to cancel the reservation. These are times when empathy and common sense is more relevant than ever.. I could not go as I know 1 month ago. You could win a customer forever but you preferred to have your rent"
