"Great family owned and driven hotel with excellent service. Charismatic and nicely decorated where every room is unique. The bathrooms are shared, but keep a high standard, so not any problem.

"Location of the apartment is good, but otherwise do not expect too much of this very basic accommodation. Bathroom is so small you can just about close the door when sitting on the toilet. No soap holders or shelves etc. Cleaning equipment (hoover etc.) shoved into a corner. Only one light in the living room worked. Apartment was extremely warm and windows cannot open properly.
Kitchen not too bad, but all in all not a very inviting place. Would not stay again."

"We loved our stay at this hotel. We had a harbour view room which was wonderful - both doors opened fully with a glass panel allowing an uninterrupted view outside over the inner harbour and harbour swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent and all the staff so polite and efficient. The location is brilliant - walkable to the main station but two stations for metro/S-tog within 5-6 mins walk and a stop for the harbour bus (boat) not much further. Would definitely stay here again if in Copenhagen. Very good value compared with other Copenhagen hotels too."

"Wonderful hotel. Took us 8 minutes to walk from central station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room had air conditioning which was welcomed on one of the hottest days! Greater right away by staff. Highly recommend. "

"Apparently we were upgraded. So instead of a double bed that I booked we were given a twin room with beds pushed together. The room was small even though we were told it was bigger than the room booked. This I didn’t believe but as it included access to the 12th floor lounge we decided not to query it and go with the flow instead.
A bottle of Cava was given to us on arrival too which was nice as it was our 25th wedding anniversary during our stay. "
