1 night family stay

The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows very thin very difficult even for 1 night stay. I don’t recommend this hotel even with a friendly staff if you value the quality of your sleep

Nice and convenient Hotel

If you go with car, very convenient, many car park, next to express way. Without car, only a few dinner place at 1.5km range, Kebab car, Italian restaurant and Mcdonald, or Bowling Arena with a bar n cafe. Breakfast are nice, although the same everyday, but is good for breakfast

Cozy family room

Stayed here with my wife and 2 kids, 14 and 10. Room was functional and comfortable. Clean sheets towels and basic bathroom amenities. Hotel has breakfast, but we did not try. Good location. Hotel has ironing facilities. Reception only open till 10pm, but self checkin was simple to use. Would stay again.

Excellent breakfast and facility - too hot sleep

Nice hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast is the best I have had for self serve breakfast! Very good! My only complaint is that the rooms get very warm in the summer making sleep difficult. The window only opens a little, a small fan was provided but be prepared to sleep without anything covering you so you can stay coolish. It is not an uncommon situation in Europe, especially Scandinavia, for no AC to be provided but most countries will allow windows to open all the way. The hotel needs air conditioning or better airflow.

Zleep-Ballerup near the train, great place to stay

Our stay overall was great. The staff was helpful in getting us a taxi early one morning for the airport. We got locked out of the front entry one night and our room card wouldn't let us in the door, but luckily someone eventually came out. Also one night, we were back before closing hours and hoped to talk to a staff member about booking another room, but the front desk had closed early. The maids kept the room very clean and helped us with more towels when we needed them and were very friendly.

This hotel looks fairly new. Rooms are very good sized and in good condition. I just can’t give a five to any hotel that doesn’t allow you to control your temperature. I’m aware that very few hotels in this country have AC but I consider full temp control a minimum standard for a five star review.

My family wanted to spend one more night exploring Copenhagen and this was the closest and reasonably priced hotel that had a brand name I recognized. It was perfect for what we needed. It was within 30 minutes of Copenhagen and within 10 minutes of various food choices the family was interested in. Outside of the need of paying for breakfast, the options were great, and everyone was happy with their selection of juices and pastries.
