We traveled from Portland after a concert, so we checked in about 3:30am. We got check in and went went straight to our room. Our room was clean. The only option we had for "air conditioning" was low fan. None of the other settings worked. The beds were not comfortable. It was like sleeping on plywood. Laundry services are advertised as coin opperated, but they are not. You have to download an app. and pay with your phone. We were excited for the hot tub. It's very hot. However, when we asked for more towels, we were told that "they don't have anymore. People keep stealing them." So you have to make sure with the four tiny towels provided in the room, even though the high pressure shower is going to soak the floor of the bathroom.

To the people at the front desk and the cleaning staff: Kudos for a job well-done! The negative points: (1) The property is old and as well maintained as most older properties. Not a luxury location at all, but quite adequate. (2) I had trouble with the shower. Couldn't see the very low control to read directions and could only get a thin stream of water from it. Also (3) I could not turn on the lights over the desk. When I checked out, the receptionist told me she thought the switch by the front door had to be on while turning on the desk lights, but it was too late to try it. Perhaps a sign on the wall would be helpful. My final complaint is that the outside garbage was right outside my door and was stinky. In spite of these things, I was satisfied with my room and more than satisfied with the staff.
