"Amy was very friendly at reception. Room was large enough with 2 seater couch as a bonus. Bathroom was very spacious.. located just up the road from Macs Hotel and the cave garden. "

Needed new carpet, bathroom sink was cracked all over, toilet was obviously very old, no washcloths provided, bed lights were small fluorescent, bed was very springy, nightstands were from the 1980s, and there was a large can of bug spray in the wardrobe which caused a worry about bugs at night. "

"TV remote did not work 😭 couldn't even turn off the TV. Very noisy however staff friendly and we have stayed there before but this trip was short of good ."

"Everything was clean and tidy, but we just had a standard cabin, and the bathroom was tiny and the bed was a rickety double. Definitely would upgrade to a bigger room next time, as everything else was excellent. Fantastic amenities for adults and kids alike with the massive man made swimming lake and so many activities in the park to enjoy 😃"
