"It had a pool,but wasn't in the web site of this hotel. If I had known in advance,would of planned to use it. We got a good sleep in room,bed was comfortable,room was fairly quiet. Being on 2nd floor was pretty easy getting to and from room... Breakfast was ok,coffee was very weak,am assuming a lot of people get breakfast earlier than 7,and may of run it out of product... Was a better breakfast than say the sweet rolls some of the others offer,some of it was hot ...The location was excellent for us,we came up from Harriman to see a concert at the Cookeville Performing Arts center. It was near by,plus a unbelievable assortment of restaurants just down the street. Main reason we stayed was it was to far to safely drive after concert. We will stay here when we come to Cookeville again ."

"Staff were great. The only complaint I have about the room was the couch needed to be updated. The sleeper sofa had blood on the mattress and was worn out. Other than that, I do not have any negative comments about this property. The location was great as well."
