"We visited this parador for 2 nights and the view of the town makes this hotel spacial, both in the day and at night. It's not walkable to town (well it is but a good 40 mins) so a taxi is an inexpensive way to go in. If you drive parking is easy and convenient, with elevators saving you a long walk uphill! So well organised. If you do drive in to town, park in 2 different places as you will get a different perspective of the town. We only had a snack at the hotel so cannot comment about the evening meal, but we had breakfast which was excellent and the staff were very good and helpful. Pool was an enjoyable aspect and very clean with sufficient sun beds. ( No Germans!- I say that tongue in cheek as our daughter in law is German)."

We were disappointed that the safe in our room didn’t work. We immediately reported it to the receptionist who promised to get it fixed. I wonder if they looked at it - I ended up carrying our passports and cash on me. Besides that everything was good."
