"From the moment I get out of the car service I was greeted by staff. Checking the staff was welcoming. The rooms were very clean and everything in the room was nice. I love my stay there. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone."

"No coffee, only tea in room, no wash clothes, Kleenex box empty. Whenever I called front desk they responded immediately. Plus we got an early check in !"

"The hotel is centrally located just around the corner from the cathedral. It was very clean and the staff was amazing. Our only complantis that the wi-fi was not the best. To get good wi-fi you had to go down to the lobby. The TV was also all in Spanish (big surprise), it just would have to have had some English speaking channels espcially for the news."
