"Staying a week for work and the reason I chose this hotel was because of Gym and Aircon in the room. Needless to say, neither was present. I was told that the Aircon was “Manual” and that they would send a technician. Of course they never did during the entire week. Next week I will stay at a different hotel."

"A pretty amazing place. Looks very luxurious, the restaurant and the meal was super fancy and yet very reasonably priced. We couldn’t understand why the place was mostly empty, but we stayed mid-week, and the place clearly caters to Italians (even the spa menu was only in Italian). The air-conditioning in the room was not very strong and very noisy, but otherwise very nice room. "

"Very clean rooms. Free parking. Very kind and helpful staff, free shuttle to the city center, too bad there is no more schedule to choose from. Excellent breakfast and staff who are always taking care to fill in the gaps. Excellent coffee. Hotel restaurant with reasonable prices and delicious food and good service. Definitely recommend not to miss"
