"I stayed in the Classic Apartment with my husband and daughter. We did not have great communication with the hotel staff. We needed check in details that we received AFTER we had already checked in, even though we had asked for them early that morning. Parking was available...for a cost. "We had a great stay at URBANAUTS #28! The unit was in beautiful and spotless condition, very modern with touches of the ancient in its open beams and exposed brick walls. Super comfortable bed and seating. The shower begged us to take longer-than-usual showers. Kitchen was well equipped, a bonus to have a washer with drying rack. "The apartment lacked a welcoming atmosphere. The air conditioning compressor, located in the bathroom, was excessively noisy. Additionally, we received only one thin pillow and one linen, which was inadequate for our needs. The Wi-Fi is unusable! We were very disappointed. "
