The gentleman at the front desk was so very nice and helpful. He really seems to care and I appreciated him. The property is older so it has some wear but there was no trash and seemed to be kept clean. The room itself was a good size with a mini couch. The dresser drawers wouldn’t stay closed and would constantly roll open no matter how many times we closed them. We could hear our next door neighbors coming in/out their door but surprisingly the place was pretty quiet. The beds are firm and sheets a little scratchy. The first night I felt a spring I was laying on but I moved a little and the second night I didn’t have the feeling of it poking me. You get nice hot water, shower pressure is pretty good however the nozzle sprays over a large area but no problems washing my hair or anything. The room had a stove, microwave, and a good size freezer with fridge. (No kitchen equipment is stocked though.) I did enjoy that our upstairs room had a ceiling fan and lights all throughout the room. There was a continental breakfast included that had prepackaged Honey Buns and things, muffins that weren’t very good, bananas and easy to eat fruit, a couple kinds of cold cereal, juice, and pretty much it; basically very minimal. Also, make sure you put your do not disturb sign out at night. The first morning we didn’t have it out and around 8:50am a woman just walked in, no knocking or mentioning of house keeping. Thankfully we were already up and dressed, so keep your signs out.
The hotel was clean and spotless, despite being on the older side. The front desk person was extremely friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Though it wasn’t a hotel breakfast, the food was fresh and the area was clean.
Non-ADA mobility room, but works well for this cane user with hip problems. Room large enough for rolling walker. But because there are no grab bars.around the tub and a low toilet, might not be right for everyone. Great bed, excellent couch seating, lights bright enough for reading, 10 min drive to retail center and main toll roads, but located in an undeveloped area.
The receptionist at check was very lovely and informative, the room although smoke free still had an old smell to it, and had people lingering at night outside, it's inevitable to have a few people outside even when their business doesn't seem the best at places like here. Water pressure was decent and the amenities with the room were enough even just for an overnight stay or more
