"I travel frequently for work, and out of all the hotels I’ve stayed in, this one has stood out as the best in terms of customer service. Every touchpoint with staff was exceptional — they consistently went above and beyond, always friendly, approachable, and genuinely caring. Bravo to the management and team for maintaining such a positive and healthy work culture — something that can be difficult to achieve in the hospitality industry. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the choice of pillow firmness and the full duvet cover (instead of the usual two-sheet setup). Truly a wonderful stay from start to finish — I’ll definitely be back!"

"Absolutely incredible stay at this Holiday Inn! The staff went above and beyond to create a beautiful set up on the bed in our room for my boyfriend’s birthday and our anniversary! It was so special. They even provided us a free breakfast voucher which was incredible and just what we needed after a night out! Room was very clean, super comfortable bed, and amazing lighting for doing your makeup! "
