"The rooms are clean, comfortable, but the tv would not turn off had to unplug it. Staff was just okay. We ate in Asian restaurant the food was good but the staff was neither good or bad"

"I choose this place based upon the reviews. Turned out to be a lie in reference to cleanliness. Person at the desk was very polite and when i asked for a room with a walk in shower she made that possible but the Room was filthy, hair on floor and in shower. Floors were filthy as was the shower. Someone used the toilet and left some particals behind. Changed rooms and that room was dirty as well. The housekeepers spray water on the floor and use a dry mop to mop the floor. I had gotten some shampoo on a towel with some water and the amount of dirt that was on the towel made me just feel dirty. The house keepers are not good at cleaning and the floors should.be cleaned with bleach, they are so nasty. I went to thenstore purchased a bottle of Awesome and cleaned the shower and the floor in the bathroom, and in front of the sink. I also took a photo of the amount of dirt i removed by using the Awesome and i told one of the housekeepers that this was what they needed to use to clean the shower which removed most of the yellow stains insode of the shower. "

"Staff was great, rooms were super small, but clean. There was no continental breakfast, just some protein bars, apples, bananas, because wyndham hadn't sent the equipment yet. If you are looking for a quick cheap stay, great place right behind dennys which was great to eat at. If you are looking for fancy place, this is not it. The picture was a little misleading, like looking for a house and fancy the photo up with photoshop. The bed firmness wasn't to my liking because i prefer softer, but if you like firm matresses then this was it. Internet and TV was based off of dish network, so it kept going out when it rained."

"For over $200 a night, there are certain things one would expect with the room. Glasses to drink from, room service, a clean hallway. There was none of that here. The lobby and aesthetic features in the main areas of the hotel are beautiful. The room was just a regular room with paper coffee cups and nothing else."

"We greatly enjoyed our suite. It was clean and spacious. Though the wood cleaner used on the bed frame the smell was quite a bit strong in the room. But if you are expecting to get a good night sleep you may be lacking. While the bed is comfortable, the other guests do not take into consideration of others. When we called the front desk at 12:30,12:50, and 3:30 with lots of screaming shouting door slamming we were told the man at the counter “Tyler” is just the valet. And that either they were leaving for a few hours or they had just gotten back. There was no reason for them to be so loud for 45+ mins each time enter or exiting at that hour and disturbing others. There should have been someone there to handle extra rowdy guests. We asked for a note to be left and no one discussed this with us upon departure given there were other guest in the area while checking out I did not want to bring it up. "
