"This is an extremely old Hyatt, does not even come close to usual Hyatt hotels. Desperately needs remodeling, simple things like new shower curtains are not even being kept up. No up do date charging options, carpet tearing, stains everywhere, elevator dirty. It was not the worst but I would not stay here again. Staff was very nice and helpful. "

"I simply picked the wrong room. Smelled funnny. Staff was lowkey stand off ish and when I mentioned the smell of the room he offered me spray for it. Why the hell would i wanna spray the room, i dont work here.
It was extremely uncomfortable in there wouldn’t book there again. "
