"The staff at this property is amazing, friendly and accommodating. The room and lobby were immaculate which was a big concern for me. Towels fluffy, great air con, hot showers! The area around hotel was a little dicey and we were approached by more that one person asking for money. Hotel locks door at 7p which I thought was a great idea. Would totally recommend for short NYC stay. "

"The place is literally a stones throw from Times Square. We stayed there just because of that and it was well worth it. It walking distance to 42st subway station from where you can get on any of the lines. Food / Shopping / Entertainment all around in a few minutes. "

"I would definitely add better signage for access to the roof top bar. Very confusing to find! In addition, the alternative baggage storage in the makeshift room was a bit off putting. I understand they had some good measures setup, but I did feel uneasy having my stuff in that storage room for 2 hours. It was definitely not its intended purpose to be a storage room, meaning there is probably no security cameras in that room. "I chose this hotel because of its proximity to a subway stop I needed to use to get to a concert in queens. The location is meh but the hotel itself is WONDERFUL. Clean, chic, friendly staff.
