"The checking in was easy and very welcoming. One of the rooms apart from the bathroom was very clean. The other room was clean all through. We all slept well in the comfortable beds after a 3 hour journey. The breakfast was lovely. Lots of choice. The breakfast staff like all staff were very polite and helpful. Easy to park and free parking. If we visit the area again we will definitely be booking this hotel."

"Our room was clean and comfy The staff could not do enough for you they were all very friendly and happy, we ate at the yak and yeti three nights in a row as the food was absolutely delicious the flavours were out of this world there was alot of choice on the menu too, they had a really nice sun terrace to enjoy a drink, food or just to chill, they had a car park for the duration of your stay Breakfast was a full english which i can honestly say kept you full until your evening meal , we did not get a chance to say goodbye to the staff but wanted to say thank you to each and everyone of them for making our stay just perfect"

"The staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean and met expectations. Towels, shower, kettle etc. At 5am the fire alarm went off, we left the room and the before leaving the building it turnd off. We found out in the morning that the adjacent bakery semi regularly sets off the fire alarm and the alarm system for all buildings on site are connected. The bakery should get their act together, if they can't manage bread cooking then they're failing as a bakery. The fire alarm connection is in control of the hotel and I hold them accountable on this front."
