"Stayed here for a few nights and liked the room overall. Staff were also very nice! However, there were a few weird / uncomfortable things about the hotel: - one of the ceiling/wall lights in the room literally had no switch to turn it off and I had to call the technician to come and disable it - there was no conditioner but there was shampoo (expected better from a 4-star) - restaurant was pricey and food was not good at all - location was kind of far from central Yogyakarta activities and...

"Book a bigger room but was still given a small room even confront the front office with the room layout on the back of the door. And only explanation is the layout is wrong!?! Requested a quiet room but was given a room facing the main road. Worst is the window hinge was broken. And window was not soundproof. It as noisy thru out the night. Hardly had any sleep. "We needed a place to stay for a bit of comfort before flying out the next day. The room was really outdated and dirty, with the bathroom especially needing attention. The sheets were stained, the elevator buttons didn't work. On a positive note, the room had plenty of space, and the front desk staff were helpful on our late night check in."
