"Our stay at the hotel was overall normal, but there were some issues with the airport transportation and luggage assistance. The person who picked us up at the airport had a poor attitude and did not help us with the luggage at all. We were traveling with two children and had to handle all the bags ourselves, which made the arrival stressful and uncomfortable. The transportation back to the airport, however, was excellent and the driver was very friendly and helpful. At the hotel, it was also difficult to take the luggage to the room because there were many doors, none of them automatic, and they closed by themselves. This made moving with suitcases and children quite challenging. Aside from these issues, the rest of the stay was normal. "

"A very nice stay. Hotel in a great location 4 minutes walk from Eaton Centre. About 15-20 min walk to Old Montreal. There’s a grocery store (IGA) a 10 minute walk away. Only complaints are that no spatula in the kitchen and the sheets were pilling on both beds which is not comfortable "

"Air and heating was noisy, parking lot is not managed properly and limited space. Property has bad odor, gym facilities have a bad odor and pool can fit 4 people max. This is a 1 star hotel in a poor economical neighborhood. Bathrooms are small and toilet does not flush good. Water has an odor. Never staying here again"
