Clean and Comfy

We stayed overnight to do sight-seeing in Concordia. The room was as advertised - clean and comfortable. The property overall was clean and well maintained although a bit older. Our room was clean and the beds comfy. Location was excellent. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

The room was clean but the amenities were lacking. No shampoo, conditioner, or lotion. The body wash on the bathroom dispenser was very hard to use and only gave out a small amount. No breakfast and no carpeting or rugs. The price was good, so I can't complain too much. The front desk staff was welcoming.

Great Stay!

I stay at this motel every June on business. It’s a nice stay for the price - clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. It’s an older motel, but the staff keep it in reasonable condition. While I was there, the staff repainted the parking lines. It looked very nice when they finished.

If you’re looking for a basic clean place to sleep this is it. First motel I’ve stayed at in a while where the bed did not hurt my back. It was also surprisingly quiet. Pretty good budget motel

I booked a smoking room, but they gave it away. I checked in around 6:30 p.m., which isn't that late. Other than that, the room clean and nice enough. Quiet area. I just wish The room I reserved and paid for, was the room I got.

Good Hotel with Safe Parking

Very nice basic hotel. Parking for car was extremely safe and right outside of room. Regulator on bath/shower was very confusing. There was hot water, but I couldn't find it. Perhaps check it out before it's too late to ask for instructions at office.

This is a clean, well-maintained motel. The outside doesn't look that great, but the staff is great, and the room was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this motel. It's located on the north end of Concordia and unless you had to drive north you wouldn't know it's there. Drive over the viaduct and have a nice, quiet rest. The outside looks shabby but it's clean and well-kept inside. Downside? No breakfast is served there but there are several donut shops and fast-food places over the viaduct and south.
