"I had a bad experience with this stay. I was in so much pain recovering from surgery and the room quality was so terrible. The assistant GM was so rude and I accommodating. The quality of the rooms were poor. Furniture broken, falling apart. The cleaner did not properly clean the rooms to get rid of mold and mildew in the sink which caused a serious odor in the room. They said they were going to start renovating 9/15/2025 the day I was to check out so they were aware of the quality of the rooms. It was just a bad situation "
"This place was excellent and so much history! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Great water pressure in the shower. Location was also great. loved the tilted flooring too. The place is 250-300 years old!"
"It has gotten poor reviews in the past. But I am quite satisfied. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Quiet, Friendly staff. A little bit penny pinching, but for the cost savings on the room, I'll put up with it. I spent 3 nights here for the cost of 1 night anywhere else. The refrigerator had a freezer compartment, which is rare, and I like it. The hot water came on instantly. Also a rarity. Oh, and within walking distance of stores and restaurants."
