"Me cobrĆ³ de mas. No me dio la habitaciĆ³n con vista a la montaƱa. La cama no era queen size, eran 2 de una plaza. No me pasĆ³ la contraseƱa del wifi. Le tuve que pedir el control del aire acondicionado. No me dejĆ³ guardar una bebida en la heladera. El desayuno autoservicio se paga aparte."
