"This is a very basic property in a working class neighborhood. It was very quiet and clean and the basic required amenities were all present. It is not like a standard hotel but worked fine for us, especially given the price point. Staff were always helpful."

"The appartment is spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here. It was a 20 - 25 min walk to the San Telmo Fair. However close to many convenient shops and restaurants. Staff was very nice. We would go back. "

"This motel was created for one purpose and that is not to go to sleep! The room wasn’t particularly clean and we purposely spent the whole of the daytime out sightseeing. I was unable to open the window blinds so they stayed closed. The bed was hard and more like a sofa bed than a normal mattress. Not recommended to bring children here. The local area is sketchy too. However it is very cheap!"

"Despite the fact that the Hotel La Perla looks a bit dated, the service received was truly excellent — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring.
The room was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

"This hotel doesn’t have basic conditions to be as a hotel, no hot water, leaking toilet, dirty blanket, no cups or glasses in the room , plus, the room door could not lock well, I have to use our baggage to make the door closed, while no help could get. We arrived around 11pm, the front desk staff did not know our reservation, could not find our reservation, also not understanding any English to communicate, and I had to use gestures, drawing pictures to communicate . Thus, I suggest to delete...
