"The hotel is centrally located in Murcia and close to restaurants, parks, and shopping. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The rooftop pool with a bar was very nice. The gym was clean, in working order, and free cold water was provided. The room was nice as well and had a Juliette balcony. Overall a very pleasant stay."

"We stayed at a hotel (a parador) on the grounds of Castillo de Lorca and loved it. Dungeons, archers, an oversized chessboard, a really big key and a stunning view of Lorca at night. And the hotel had a pool, a small spa and a restaurant so we never had to get in our car if we didn’t want to. I didn’t even know what a parador was, but they’re hotels built on the grounds of antiquities. Spain has so many they built the hotels to encourage people to visit the lesser known sites. Ours was beautiful—we liked it so much we booked a second night."

"What a beautiful hotel. It was close to the cathedral and other beautiful buildings. The hotel was absolutely gleaming and staff were so lovely. We did miss a pool and a balcony that is the usual beach holiday but for a city break we couldn’t have asked for more. The restaurant was great! So peaceful and didn’t have the usual noise that comes with some hotels during meal times. And finally it had a lovely sitting area out front which was great to sit with a cold drink while watching the world go by. Had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it."
