"The hotel smelled musty or moldy and there was damage in several places on the walls of my room. I had pre- paid for 2 nights but for home after one night due to condition of the hotel"

"Our room was very clean, large (two queen beds), and modern. However, the room had no UBC outlets or 110V outlets available at bedside to charge your phone. Furthermore, there was no closet in the room to hang your clothes. Lastly, when we checked in at 5pm the 4:30am and 5:00am airport shuttles were full. We were forced to Uber to the airport. Having an airport shuttle was one of the reasons we chose the Hilton Paper Valley - Appleton."
