"Nice room that was clean and comfy. Check in was fine. Problem was the noise. We could hear everything above us, in the hallway outside our room as well as all the comings and goings with the outside door. This hotel could really use some more insulating."

"So much broken and not working. No rolling cart for luggage. Very disappointed. 1 person working at the drink area for all. Had to walk away. And finally the food is not worth it. Too bad. It could vibe really great. "

"After booking I was told there was no longer a spa. When we checked in we were told they were updating the cable system so there would be no TV. There was a guy in our room when we got there that said he was just checking on something but never told us what, he apologized and left, wasn't sure if he worked there. There was loud construction that woke us up in the morning. "

"The gym lock was broken, the front entrance door had difficulty close/open, the hot tub was unclean and the bubbles did not work. There was a snow storm, did not remove snow until late the following day then got plowed in. The manager was kind, but the circumstances left a lot to be desired. "
