"The stay was mediocre. The starbucks / restaurant runs out of food, no choice but to dine somewhere else."

"the centers of the floor were clean. staff ignored people as the spoke very little English. Breakfast was very good the girl was clean and kept the area up well. the air conditioning and heat worked well as it was 6 inches of snow one day and 72 degrees the next. the girl at the front desk was always on her phone texting and the coffee area that a guest destroyed one afternoon stayed a mess until the next shift. i watched another guest slide across the floor she barely looked up. many guests were smoking weed in the rooms it permeated the hallways and one employee was having sex in the bed of the truck when I went out the side door at 4pm. she must have been on her brake ."

"Room 506 had a heater/ac unit that was crooked on the wall and was very loud when operating. The cabinet below the mini-fridge was chipped badly and contained rotting wood. I’ve had no issue with rooms before, but this one definitely did not make the grade."

"Worst stay on my 4-star hotel list. It didn’t feel like a 4-star hotel at all. All of the staff were unprofessional and unwelcoming. It started with them messing up my reservation, and they blamed it on a new employee. I understood because mistakes happen, but the experienced employees over the next few days were even worse and had no intention of resolving any issues. In the end, the new employee was actually the most helpful one."

"Cockroachs galore. Room was “clean” but the hotel is a dump. Door lock kept malfunctioning. Kind of dangerous. Security is on site which tells you everything about type of area. Hotel front desk person lives on site and is very friendly. We checked out early. Cockroach galore"
