"Paul, the General Manager, was incredibly helpful upon our arrival and even took a few moments to show us around the property before showing us to our room. There was no parking available and Paul even allowed us to utilize his personal parking space until one became available in the morning. Overall, the property was clean and well maintained and the location was fantastic!"

"Only a 3 star hotel,but an exceptionally clean and comfortable 3 star with nice rooms,ice cold ac ,comfortable bedding,and plenty of hot water anytime you need it.And the staff is friendly and helpful too! Easy to see why your patrons give it a 9.2 rating. My new favorite place to stay in ptown."

"Comfortable room with large bed and good shower. Outdoor seating with sea view. Regular buses to and from Provincetown centre, Truro, Wellfleet and Harwich. Bus stop by the hotel car park. Easy access to cycling/walking trails and the National Seashore. Friendly, helpful staff."

"great location, very clean, no elevator which could be a problem and parking is terrible. Our rooms' fire alarm chirped all night, we tried to turn off but no success. we did not call for help b/c we didnt want maintenance coming in the middle of the night. so not sure what would have happened had we called. did alert hotel staff in the morning."
