"Had a lovely stay at Windsor cottage. Well presented, great amenities and the most comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Slept like a log! Ate out in local restaurants, which were lovely especially Alberto’s Italy. There are a couple of free parking areas in town 5-10 minutes away. During our stay there was a film set in place for Father Brown and a restriction at the end of the road. It didn’t take away from our stay, but was glad of the premier inn parking just a 100m away. "Super cute, like being in your own romantic little bubble in the countryside. We came to watch a friend do a parachute jump at the airfield for charity. "My daughter and I stayed for 3 nights. Our room was clean and comfortable, if a little warm (April). Only used the bar and restaurant once. Breakfast was nice; busy but well managed by the staff. Only slight issue was a queue for coffee as not all the machines were working. We both used the leisure suite. Gym was well equiped and the pool clean and quiet if you timed it right, ie adults only time. I had a facial which was amazing."
