"We had an a joining room door with a large gap under the door. Room #421. We put a towel to help with noise. There was a family with children right next to us that was very loud. Right in the middle of our shower in the morning, the water turned off and on several times. Streaming services on the TV kept going off the air."

"I had a terrible experience staying at La Quinta. The room we were given, room 441, was extremely dirty and clearly not properly maintained. When we arrived, there were no clean towels available, and the bathtub was filthy and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The worst part was discovering that the bed and sheets were infested with bugs. This was completely unacceptable and made the room impossible to stay in. Because of the conditions, we had no choice but to leave the hotel in the middle of the night. This experience was very disappointing, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before staying here. Cleanliness and basic room standards were clearly not met."

"The description said the property was non smoking and when we got there the rooms smelled like cigarette. We asked for a non smoking room and were advised by the front desk all the rooms are smoking. So if you see non smoking it's not correct. There was no refrigerator or microwave in our either. "
