"Air conditioning is advertised but on arrival was told it was an air cooler and fans were available. It didn’t really work so had a hot room. This really annoyed me as I had cancelled a stay at a local pub to ensure I had a hotel with air conditioning! False advertising is not acceptable!"

"Pool was unfortunately out of order. Had a very disappointed 7 year old. We got there early to use the pool as well. May be a text out to people to let them know this important service was not in use on the day would have been helpful. The temperature was 30c on the day so we were looking forward to using the pool at some stage."

"Our stay was ok for what we paid. The room was clean but had no air conditioning, which in the heat wave was a bit uncomfortable. A fridge in the room would have been good. Breakfast was decent and they have a Starbucks onsite which was great. The staff were friendly and overall I would say it was value for money."
