"This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! Every single employee was genuinely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well maintained, clean and spacious. Some reviews claim the beds are hard, yes, they’re firm but I honestly slept amazingly. No back or neck pain when I woke up. The breakfast was Real food. Not powered eggs! A great selection and fresh. They were more than accommodating of my pet and I appreciated that greatly. I’ll only stay here when visiting Columbus in the future. "
