"The first room we were assigned smelled like a middle school locker room . It was clear the carpets were not clean . The front desk had to move us to another room . Then, that evening , we were greeted by a 3 inch roach crawling across the bed. On the morning , we mentioned our evening to the general manager who jokingly said “ it was a normal occurrence in Georgia this time of year .” The breakfast was next . There were no pastries of any kind at 9am and the food on the hot bar was cold . When asked to replace or if there were more options . It was a no . We were left with cereal and yogurt . I have no idea why the eating for this hotel are so high ! Consider yourself warned ."

"I had two rooms for over $900 for 3 days. The room had a horrible smell, i had to change it, the staff told me they will give me some freshener they never bring it. No room service doing the bed and changing sheets nothing like that , breakfast with no bread or bagels only waffle, i will never stay again nor recommended it to anyone"

"Overall this was the worst experience i’ve ever had a double tree. I booked a double bed room for two guests and when arrived we did not get our complimentary cookies. Once we arrived to the room and inspected it, the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. There was hair all in the shower, the night stand was not dusted at all and to top it off they only provided one bath towel. When calling the next day for more (around 11) and advising of the missing towels. We were told someone would come up and bring us more. After 15 minutes someone did come up emptied handed and asking us again what was already advised what was needed. Then we were told that they will bring us hand towels, faces towel however the bath towels would be 30 minute wait. Well 30 minutes turned to me calling back to the actual hotel phone number at 130( i forgot to mention you couldn’t use any of the preset buttons for hide keeping etc ) and was advised they were low on towels. Whatt? How it’s a hotel!!"
