"The Parking situation that required walking 3 blocks late at night and early in the morning in the bitter cold was unacceptable. The staff did not care, were complacent about the situation, offered no alternative, basically did not care about the safety of the guests or that it was raining and cold. The lobby smelled like marajuana every time we came in from the cold. The room was decent. That was the only redeeming thing about our stay. NEVER AGAIN!"

"Hotel is nice. Rooms are clean and the free breakfast is always a perk. The pool is a bit cold and the hot tub definitely needs to go up a few degrees. Felt a little rushed out by cleaning staff. Checkout is 11 and they keep asking if you’re out and wait in the hallway while your bringing your things to the car. "

"If I wasn’t my friend was in hospice, and I went through a great expense to get there and I didn’t spent much time there,I would have loss the money I paid and gone somewhere else. The place was dirty. Equipment did not work. repairs being done on the building. "

"Need access to more pool towels, usb ports in rooms, something for kids like a playground set, smart tv for streaming. Also need to explain the light situation and when the main light by the door is turned off the lights by the bed don’t charge your phone."

"Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at the staff was decent, but the hotel was dirty. There was garbage all in the elevators on the stairs. There was a exit sign hanging down that if I was a little taller, I could’ve hit my head on our TV in our room did not work at all, there was mold all over our ceiling in the bathroom and all over our curtain curtains in our room. The pool water was so cloudy i didnt feel comfortable letting my kids swim. The food options for breakfast were very slim to none."
