Hotel double booked on us and 4 others attempting to check in while we were so we never stayed. Attendant on duty wouldn't answer phone for hotel.com to call to confirm the was double booked. However hotels.com went above and beyond to get us a better hotel elsewhere.

the girl at check in was on a personal call and barely spoke to me. the lamp in the bathroom had no shade and was just a vare bulb. there was plastic around the bed frame.

We arrived later in the evening. Got there and the guy at the front desk was very rude. Says he way overbooked and was canceling people's reservations. We where lucky i guess. After we got our key cards we went to "our room" and it was open and sheets where disgusting. Not cleaned and stunk very bad. Got another room and at least the sheets where clean in that room. Overall i give this hotel a 1 or an F. Very dissatisfied.

Unclean and ill managed

Had a very late check in was to check in wednesday and didnt check in until 6am thursday. The beds were not made, the room was not clean. When we brought these concerns to the front desk we were given clean sheets.
