It was a quaint little hotel in the heart of Nashville! Loved our stay. We had a great view of the city. The staff was wonderful. The only complaint that I have is that the floors in the room need to be cleaner. My feel were dirty having gone barefoot during our stay, but other than that the room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. :)

Great trip to celebrate passing moms birthday...hotel was awesome and so are the front desk people. Abby so friendly and helpful...all were very king. Beds were soooo comfortable. Would def stay here again.

Love the Hotel

My husband and I always love staying there. I am originally from Nashville so I am very familiar of this hotel. The only thing I did find out that I did not know is that we could have gotten coffee for our room. But I will remember this for our next visit and take advantage of this service. Love the mini pumpkin bread…. Beautiful country touch

Great place to stay. Only issue was very low lighting in room so difficult to read. No mirror to do makeup and bathroom sink area was small so hard to do hair or makeup. Lighting in bathroom very dim.

For the money spent I feel the room was not to power. I stayed at a state park which I had a very large room and a larger TV. The state park was half the cost, for the same nights stay.

The young man at the desk when we checked in was awesome! The next morning we had the nicest lady, our waitress for breakfast, once again awesome!!! Way to go with the best staff ever!!!

Room was very clean except smear of chocolate on the bedspread and pillows were not comfortable and smelled strongly of other human heads. Breakfast was amazing with sausage and biscuits, bacon and hash browns- very tasty and great service.

The aesthetic is adorable. The restaurant on site is very good as is the staff. The bed, while comfortable, has a very noisy frame. And you can hear all hall and neighbor noise. Location is convenient and you don't have to pay for parking.

My only complaints are lack of bathroom counter space (I brought one of the room chairs in to hold my stuff) and the “old fashioned keys” (because I could hear people unavoidably loudly un/locking their rooms). That said, cute hotel, comfortable bed, lovely view of historic buildings, great included breakfast, and located in a super walkable downtown area. Would stay here again!

Very charming and clean but not very quiet or dark if you need that for good rest. Room had a plate on a table with a knife and oily looking napkin on it- apparently from previous guest? I also paid extra for a “balcony” which was perched in front of someone else’s window. Awkward with their curtains open. Did not use it. Evening front desk girl very helpful and sweet.
