"Room was not cleaned. Hair in the bath tub/shower water stains on the sink taps. The walkway to get the room ( outside) 2nd floor was patched up with plywood. Didn’t feel safe to me. Went back to get refund and still waiting for it. Said they would do it right away and that was 10-12 days ago."

"The staff was wonderful and friendly. They were very kind to my children too. The pet fee is very reasonable and our dog was happy to be there. Th breakfast was so much more than we expected for such an affordable hotel visit. Very pleased with this experience. We will be staying there again in a few days on our way back home from our vacation and we feel a great sense of relief knowing we will be looked after just as well. "

"We stayed at the resort over the long weekend, and it was an incredible experience. The property is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and exceptionally well maintained. The food was delicious, and you could truly taste the quality and freshness of the ingredients in every meal. Unfortunately, we had to end our stay earlier than planned due to the power outage in the valley. Despite the challenging circumstances, the resort and its staff handled the situation with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. They went above and beyond by welcoming both guests and stranded travelers seeking shelter, providing complimentary coffee and breakfast while helping everyone make alternative arrangements. Their hospitality and compassion during an unexpected emergency left a lasting impression on us. We truly appreciate all of the staff’s hard work and dedication, and we look forward to returning for another stay in the future."
