My friend and I found this place to be the perfect spot to meet half way across country. We each brought a dog. Our rooms are clean, had all the amenities, comfy beds and pillow of all varied softness. Nice outdoor space. Glad I ignored reviews from years back as this place looks recently upgraded.

This was a great stay! Loved the quiet area around the hotel that was also close to everything we needed. The room exceeded expectations with a smart TV, kitchen area, and a wonderful shower (loved the Dove hygiene products, water pressure, and hot water). Very clean. Staff made it a quick and easy check in and check out. I’m very pleased with this hotel and my stay!

I have stayed at other Candlewood properties, and this one is the best. I like having a kitchen, even though I may not cook food while I am there. It is nice to have cups, glasses, silverware & plates when needed, a full size fridge and a dishwasher. They have has grills and a nice outdoor area. The free laundry is a definite plus so I don't have to do my laundry when I get home.

I liked how clean, comfortable and roomy our suite was. I didn’t like the noise in the bathroom from the air draft, but if you turned the silent fan on, it would stop. So, not a major deal, just think that could be fixed. I didn’t like no breakfast in the morning, but we had a nice little kitchenette in our room instead. All and all, it was a great stay!

Comfortable Accomadations

Staff was friendly and helpful. Mattress was in great condition. Room amenities with full size fridge and ice maker was convenient. Breakfast at the HY-VEE was a nice bonus. Plenty of available self parking in the lot. Only one complaint. Our air conditioning was great, but, our son's room did not cool down like it should. All in all, this is a nice hotel and we would definitely stay again.

Rooms were clean and the kitchen was great. It was nice to have the counter and the kitchen sink. The kitchen had basic supplies and there was an area where you could borrow things for the room (such as a crockpot, games, instant pot, books, etc). Very nice touch. There was no breakfast available. It did not say there was breakfast on the website, we just missed noticing that. There was free coffee and a small pantry-type store that you could buy things from. There was an ice maker in the room and a hallway ice machine as well, which came in handy. Will definitely stay again when in the area.
