"Booked a 2 queen suite for 2 adults 3 kids. We arrived and were told they only had a king suite. This was 11pm and cheer competition weekend. So nothing else available. We said fine whatever. There were people sitting in the hallways at 11pm outside our room. No fault of hotel. The room was dirty. ..."
